1. Membership Types and Payments
Standard Memberships
- 12 Month Contract Membership: A direct debit is set up for monthly payments of £37.49. Payments are processed on a recurring basis and are due on the same day each month. You can only cancel the membership after the 12 months have been completed.
- 12 Months Upfront: Payment of £400 for 12 months of membership, with no further payments due until the 12-month period ends.
- 3 Months Upfront: Payment of £124.99 for 3 months of membership, with no further payments due until the 3-month period ends.
- 6 Months Upfront: Payment of £224.99 for 6 months of membership, with no further payments due until the 6-month period ends.
- Day Pass: One-time payment of £7.50/£10 for a single-day visit to The Physique Club
Student Memberships
- 12 Month Contract Membership: A direct debit is set up for monthly payments of £24.99. Payments are processed on a recurring basis and are due on the same day each month. You can only cancel the membership after the 12 months have been completed.
- 12 Months Upfront: Payment of £250 for 12 months of membership, with no further payments due until the 12-month period ends.
- 3 Months Upfront: Payment of £79.99 for 3 months of membership, with no further payments due until the 3-month period ends.
- 6 Months Upfront: Payment of £149.99 for 6 months of membership, with no further payments due until the 6-month period ends.
- Day Pass: One-time payment of £7.50/£10 for a single-day visit to The Physique Club
2. Membership Start and Cancellation
- Start Date: Your membership will begin immediately upon signing up and processing your payment through the ClubRight platform.
- Cancellation:
- Monthly Membership: You may cancel your membership at any time via your ClubRight account, and it will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
- 12-Month Contract: If you select a 12-month contract, you are committed to the full 12-month term. You cannot cancel or terminate your membership before the 12 months are up, except in specific circumstances such as illness or injury (with documentation). If you wish to cancel before completing the 12-month term, you will be required to pay an early termination fee as outlined in your contract.
- Paid in Full/Upfront Membership: No cancellations or refunds are allowed after the membership has been paid in full.
- Notice: For monthly memberships, cancellations must be made through your ClubRight account at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
3. Access to Facilities and Services
- Members have unlimited access to the gym’s weights, cardio equipment, private changing rooms, posing room, and kitchen.
- Barbershop Services and Sports Massage are available at an additional cost. These services must be booked separately and are subject to availability.
- Access to the facilities is within the club's operating hours. These hours may vary, and members will be notified of any changes.
4. Code of Conduct
- Members must adhere to the club’s Code of Conduct, which includes respectful behavior toward other members and staff, proper hygiene, and use of equipment.
- Physique Club reserves the right to suspend or cancel memberships for any member found violating these terms or engaging in inappropriate behavior.
- Members should clean equipment after use and respect the gym’s equipment usage guidelines.
5. Health and Safety
- By signing this Agreement, you confirm that you are physically fit and capable of engaging in exercise at The Physique Club. If you have any medical conditions or injuries, it is your responsibility to seek professional advice before engaging in any physical activity.
- Physique Club is not liable for any injuries sustained during the use of the facilities. You agree to use the equipment at your own risk.
6. Liability
- Physique Club is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged within the premises.
- Physique Club is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to you or your property while using the facilities, except where such injury or damage is caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of the club.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Physique Club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes through ClubRight. Continued use of the facilities after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
- Physique Club collects and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and complies with data protection laws. Your personal data will be processed through the ClubRight software platform. We will not share your data with third parties except as required by law or for the provision of club services.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Physique Club operates.
By signing this agreement or accepting membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
